Well today is a good day. Tiffany got the results from her 3 hour blood glucose test. For those of you not familiar with it, you have to fast all night long and then go to the doctors office, drink a nasty sugary drink and be a pin cushion. Everything turned out wonderful. She blew away each hour mark and was even low for the last test. Fasting blood sugar should be between 60 & 90, 1 hour: 60-179, 2 hour: 60-154, 3 hour: 60-134. Tiff's numbers were 74, 132, 108 & 56 respectively. So I'm glad that both Tiff and Mini are healthy and everything continues to be an unremarkable pregnancy. Her only real complaints are back pain and swelling in the lower legs. Both of those can be managed pretty easily. On a side note, Tiff's belly is steadily growing every week. We'll have to start taking a weekly picture to show you all the changes. I love the belly bump.
As for the nursery, the crib has arrived! I'll be putting it together tomorrow night. Then we'll finally be able to get a feel for how the nursery will be arranged. We're contemplating painting the room although I'm not sure if we will. We will post some pictures of the room once we get the crib put together. We're still ahead of schedule though...3 months till Mini arrives. We just want everything to be set ahead of time if there are any surprises.
