Happy Easter

Hello Family and Friends,

It's been a busy few weeks again. Mommy was traveling last week for work. I was lucky enough to go and spend some time with Grandma and Grandpa in Ripon. We had a fun week. Grandpa and Grandma let me stay up past my bedtime and we even went to a bonfire one night! It was so much fun.

We had a nice Easter. I hope that you all did too. We stayed home like always. We went to church and we were all dressed nice. After the church service, the church did an egg drop for all of the kids! It was pretty scary at first because there were soooo many kids around. We were all separated into age groups. I think there were more toddlers than in any of the other groups. Finally once I saw the eggs on the ground, I knew that I wanted to get one. Mommy let me pick up an orange egg. Then some nice people came by and gave me another couple of eggs. The eggs were filled with kisses and tootsi rolls. Mommy didn't let me eat them. She said I could next year. Then we watched as the older kids participated in their egg drop. There were big tarps hanging from the ceiling with a trap door in it. All the kids would get ready and then they would open the trap door and all of the eggs came crashing down. It was crazy to watch. After church, we went to Perkins for brunch. It was really yummy even though I wasn't too hungry. Mommy let me eat a cinnamon roll at church because I was hungry there. We went home so I could take a nap before we went to Oma & Opa's house. We spent all afternoon there. The Easter bunny had even stopped at their house!! I got a new camera, some socks, sunglasses, and some yummy animal crackers. It was pretty awesome! I got a momma bunny hugging a baby bunny at our house.  Opa made some wonderful lamb for dinner with some really great side dishes. It was a team effort! We had such a great day.

Until next time,
