Nearing a big milestone!

Hello Family and Friends,

I figured we'd drop a quick line in the middle of our busy weekend. Last night I had fun with Miss Mary & Mr. David. Mommy and Daddy had a date night to the MN Orchestra. I saw them kiss before they left me...icky. I suppose it's nice to see that they love each other. Miss Mary had a very fun monkey musical toy. I loved to hit the monkey ball all around and listen to the music. Then Mr. David let me pick which book we would read. I had fun throwing books out of the way to get to the ones I wanted. I like spending time with Miss Mary and Mr. David. They take great care of me!

Today Mommy, Daddy and I are going to go the MN Swarm home opener. We get to go to the game with a lot of friends. "Uncle" Jason & "Auntie" Sarah are meeting us for dinner at Cossetta's before the game. Then we'll meet up with Ms Laura, Mr Steve and Brynn at the game. It's going to be a great night. I just hope that I can stay up for the game because it's a little past my bedtime.

Tomorrow we're going to have dinner with Oma and Opa. It'll be nice to spend some time with them. I haven't seen them for about a month. Plus we get to finish making plans for the my big day!! Mommy made very cute decorations. I love to look at them all. I'm excited to have some cake. Mommy said that I can have a little. I just won't be able to eat the ice cream. That'll be too much lactose for me. Mommy is going to make homemade chocolate sauce for the sundaes. Now we just need to figure out what the other toppings to get.

As for me, life is great. I'm growing everyday. My teeth hurt a little because I have 4 teeth coming in on top. I love to motor around everywhere at home. I'm trying to walk all by myself but it's hard work. I'm going to surprise Mommy and Daddy one of these days and just start walking on my own.

Getting Bigger

Hi family and friends,

It's been a couple of weeks since our last post. Addie is getting so big. She just got back from her week up in Duluth. She had a wonderful time with her Gramy and Granpy. Addie had a couple new teeth pop in. She finally got her two top middle teeth. She handled it pretty well, just super cuddly for the afternoon that they came through.

Addie has also been getting better at walking. She pulls herself up on anything and everything. She walks around all of the furniture. It's really cute watching her because when she's motivated to get something, she can really cruise. At times she'll attempt to stand all by herself and then realize it and either fall down or slam her hands onto whatever she's standing by. It's a lot of fun watching her get so big. We're just a few days/weeks from her walking all by herself. Then there'll be no stopping her.

Her first birthday is just around the corner. We cant believe how fast this past year has gone. I've been reflecting about this year and I wouldn't change anything! We're working on the finishing touches for her birthday party. We're excited to celebrate Addie's birthday with both of our families and friends.
