Hello Family and Friends,
We trust that you all had a great New Year. Mommy and Daddy let us stay up late and watch Cindarella. We had a wonderful night. Dinner was the usual family tradition… all hors d'euvres. We had mini-hotdogs, mexican cheese dip and chips and shrimp. It was very tasty. =)
We've had some ups and downs in the past couple weeks. Unfortunately we all got the 24 hour flu over New Years. Sydney was sick on the 31st. I got sick on the 1st. Then Mommy and Daddy caught it but not as bad. We were all feeling much better by the weekend. Although after all of that we stayed healthy for about a week. Now it's back to the nasty cough. Hopefully this won't last too long.
The only other horrible thing that happened was that Yummy went to Heaven. She was getting pretty old and sick. Mommy and Daddy tried to explain it all to me but I just knew that she was sick. They didn't want her to continue to get worse or have more problems. We'll really miss her. She was such a wonderful kitty and companion. My only question after all of this was if we could get a puppy now. Mommy said that we'll just have to wait and see. Eventually we can get one!
This weekend should be a jam packed weekend. Mommy and Daddy are going to a fancy party for Daddy's work. We get to spend the night with Mikenzie! We can't wait to see her. Then Saturday is Daddy's birthday and he promised that we get to go to the Zoo!! We haven't been to the zoo for a little while and it'll be lots of fun to go running around and showing Sydney all the secret places just for us kids. Lastly Sunday is the home opener for the MN Swarm. Mr. Johnathon and Ms. Brandy are coming with too. Woohoo, go Swarm!!
