Hello everyone!
I will start off by apologizing for not writing for so long, but mommy and daddy have kept me pretty busy over the last couple months. Since we got back from Seattle, we have gone to a wedding, spent a week at the cabin, I spent a week in Ripon with Grandma & Grandpa, and I even fed some kangaroos!
August went really fast because mommy traveled twice, so I spent one week at home with Gramy. Everyday we went to a class for Uncle Sean so he could learn and practice riding his bike. I must say he got pretty good at it in just a couple of days. Daddy went to New York City for a couple days that week as well, but it was nice to have him home at the end of the week. The weekend after that we went to Ripon for a short weekend trip because Oma & Opa had their yearly anniversary party at Green Lake. It was a great time! I even got to go on a pontoon boat ride. The last week of August, I went to Ripon to spend some time with Grandma & Grandpa. We had a blast like always! I really enjoy helping Grandpa feed the fishies while I am there! I think I'm going to have to ask mommy & daddy to get me a fish sometime. At the end of the week, I rode with Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle TJ, Aunt Tiffy & Granny up to Rice Lake for Andrew & Amber's wedding weekend. What a great time we had! It was a pretty wedding in a very old barn. I had fun talking to people and dancing at the end of the night.
The next week was a lot of fun as well because mommy and I spent the entire week at the cabin with Gramy & Grandpa. We went into town a couple of times and we even went to an awesome cheese factory and got some really good cheese. At the end of the week daddy came back up and worked on the new wood shed with Grandpa. They finally finished it after working on it for three weekends!
This weekend mommy & daddy took me to a pretty cool place. I guess I went last year with them and Grandma & Grandpa, but I don't remember. It was a cool corn maze! We went with mommy and daddy's friends from church, Mary & David. At the corn maze they have a petting zoo with exotic animals. They had water buffalo, fallow deer, lemurs, a monkey, camels, kangaroos, and others. I decided to be brave and feed the kangaroo with daddy, and it was awesome! He came right up to us and just rested his paws on my hand and slowly ate the food I had for him!
These next couple of weeks are going to go fast, and I hope they do for mommy's sake. She is getting tired and sore, but I know it will be well worth it once we all get to meet my little sister! I can't wait either.
Until next time,
Love,
Adelaide (Mommy & Daddy too!)
